“We can only restart tourism if we restore trust in travel. People want to feel safe and looked after when they travel.”
Zurab Pololikashvili, United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO)
We voluntarily give back to various schools and communities, free of charge. This ensures we take down any barriers to participation and ensure everyone gets the opportunity.
Employing locals:
All our staff live locally and we pay them above the minimum wage.
Paying it forward:
We do something each time for the environment and the community, making every SNM outing bigger than ourselves and the activity.
THE SOCIAL NATURE WAY
How We Make A Difference
We encourage our staff to walk, bike, kayak etc. (human-powered movement) to and from work, if they do we pay them a nominal amount per km.
We also hold our staff meetings at local cafes to support their business.
We purchase local, organic and fair trade foods for our services.
We constantly improve our labour policies
