Please ensure your area is big enough (add two meters onto each glamping tent size to allow for guy ropes) and that the area is flat-ish (a slight slope of about 5 degrees is OK; the flatter the better).

We offer mobile glamping that comes to you. That means all you have to do is let us know how many tents you want, when, and where, and we take care of the rest. We deliver the tents and set them up on your behalf, so you can spend more time focusing on the other details of your event.

Impress the crowds with our glamping tents
Glamping tents will add a unique aesthetic and level of comfort to your next sporting event.
You can choose from A-frame tents or teepee-style tents. Our tents range in size from three to six metres, accommodating from two to eight people.
You can also hire marquees in a range of sizes. We can furnish our marquees with communal tables, depending on the needs of your event.
Our tents primarily provide accommodation overnight, but can also be used to provide shelter from the elements during the day – no need to worry about Auckland downpours or the strong summer sun. The versatile events tents can be used for meal services, first aid stations, or storage areas.

What is included in the glamping tent hire?
We’re proud to offer stress-free tent hire that includes all the bells and whistles.
Your glamping rental includes the delivery and set-up of the glamping tents, as well as furnishings.
Custom tent furnishings and accessories include beds, pillows, linen, duvets, lights and tables. Fairy lights will make you feel right at home if you want to give your tents a cosy vibe.
The tent hire also includes the take-down and removal of the tents, as well as basic cleaning.
Electricity, showers, and toilets aren’t included but we can help you arrange these.
You don’t need to bring any equipment for the tents, just the sports gear and clothing you will need for your event. You also don’t have to worry about setting up the tents, that will be taken care of for you.
How does the booking process work?
It’s easy – all you need to do is tell us when and where you would like to host your event.
We also need to know how many people will be attending your event and how many tents you would like to hire. You can also let us know if you have specific requests around configuring beds or certain tents.
And that’s it! We take care of everything else, so when the day of your event comes the tents will be ready and waiting for you.
