Glamping Features
Tents: Ready by Thursday evening. 100% water, wind, and mosquito-proof with excellent airflow for hot and humid weather.
Bedding: Includes a duvet, comforter, and fleece throw, keeping you warm even in temperatures as low as 0°C.
Amenities:
Exclusive glamping-only toilets (provided by Coast to Coast).
Communal marquees for shelter from sun or rain (weather permitting).
Complimentary cold drinks in a large chilly bin.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Let us know your desired tent size.
Provide the number of people staying in the tent to ensure proper furnishings.
Cancellation Fees:
More than 4 months before the event: 25% of total cost.
3–4 months: 50%.
2–3 months: 75%.
Less than 1 month: 100%.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Tents are ready by Thursday evening. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy the environment and settle in.
Departure: On Saturday, staff begin packing down at 06:30. Please vacate your tent by 09:00.
Note: Wake-up times on Saturday may be early (e.g. 04:00), as many prepare for the second day of the Coast to Coast.
Site Facilities
Potable water truck available Friday morning.
Food and drink vendors on-site from Thursday (cash recommended).
Cold river for swimming or cleansing.
Parking available close to your tent.
Good cellphone reception, though networks may become overwhelmed due to the large crowd (basic calls/texts are most reliable).
Clear signage for the glamping village, visible from the Waimakariri SH73 road bridge.

Be prepared for any weather conditions. February weather at Klondyke can range from heavy rain to snow.
