We can provide glamping tents for more than 200 people!


Please ensure your area is big enough (add two meters onto each glamping tent size to allow for guy ropes) and that the area is flat-ish (a slight slope of about 5 degrees is OK; the flatter the better).

We help businesses plan events and corporate functions around Auckland. These events could include:

We provide fully-furnished glamping tent accommodation, delivered to the site of your choice, and set up on your behalf. Our stylish glamping bell tents get you closer to nature while still experiencing creature comforts – making your nature-based corporate function accessible and comfortable for the whole team. We also offer beautiful event marquees which can be arranged to create versatile spaces that make the most of the surroundings. Each marquee can be personalised in size, shape and aesthetic to suit your business event vision. Our marquee and glamping tent hire comes with the option of including furniture, flooring, linen, lighting, real beds, and more. The event hire choices available mean you can create a fully bespoke event, customised to suit your needs and goals. Our flexible approach gives you the option of selecting any suitable outdoor venue for your corporate event, and we take care of the rest.

Glamping tent options

Nomadic glamping (tent only):

  • empty, pick up, self erect
  • up to; 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 pax.
  • shelter from the elements: wind and rain
  • bring your own sleeping arrangements

Gypsy glamping (basic glamping):

  • inside only: mattress, fitted sheet, duvet(s), pillow, lighting, door mat, bedside table
  • outside: permimeter lighting
  • up to; 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 pax.
  • everything you need for just sleeping

Deluxe glamping (glam-camping):

  • inside: includes gypsy glamping PLUS towel, body wash, chocolate, water, fruit, cowhide, sheepskin, florals, face wipe, ear plugs, bin, decorations, lava lamp, lantern, candle
  • outside: includes gypsy glamping PLUS door mat, chairs
  • up to; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 pax

Power, showers, heating and toilets can be arranged

Normal check-out (pack-down) is 10:00, later check-outs are negotiable.

We can set up glamping tents and marquees in campgrounds and holiday parks, regional parks, or private land that you might have access to. You will have complete flexibility to choose your venue.

If you stay for two nights, you can enjoy a 50% discount on your second night.
All subsequent nights (three or more) are charged at a 10% rate (90% discount).

All of our prices are for fully-furnished glamping experiences.

We can help to organise recreational activities alongside your event, including providing the necessary equipment.
