Tents are pre-pitched and taken down, so you can relax and enjoy the experience without hassle.
Simply bring your toiletries, clothes, and other personal items.
For combinations of tent sizes e.g. 1x 3m and 1x 4m, please make two separate bookings
Prices are per tent, not per person, allowing for generous individual space or cost-sharing p.p.

Tents: Ready by Friday evening.
Bedding: Includes a duvet, comforter, and fleece throw, keeping you warm even in temperatures as low as 0°C.
Amenities:
Exclusive glamping-only toilets (provided by EZG).
Communal marquees for shelter from sun or rain (weather permitting).
Complimentary cold drinks in a large chilly bin.
Additional Perks: Lights, furnishings, and pleasant surprises await inside your tent.
Toiletries
Clothes suitable for all weather conditions (warm, waterproof, and windproof layers).
Food (breakfast especially, dinner is available nearby), cooking equipment, cutlery, and crockery.
More than 4 months before the event: 25% of total cost.
3–4 months: 50%.
2–3 months: 75%.
Less than 1 month: 100%.
Arrival: Tents are ready by Friday evening. Feel free to arrive early to enjoy the environment and settle in.
Departure: On Sunday, staff begin packing down at 08:30. Please vacate your tent by 09:00.
Parking available close to your tent.
Good cellphone reception, though networks may become overwhelmed due to the large crowd (basic calls/texts are most reliable).
Be prepared for any weather conditions. February weather in Waimate can range from heavy rain to snow.
