Caleb is a core member of the Social Nature Movement team, working in a hybrid role across both operations and guiding. Alongside leading our warehouse, vehicles, equipment, and asset systems, he also works as a tour guide across many of our land and water-based experiences.
A 7th-generation Chamberlin Island family member with deep roots in the Hauraki Gulf / Tīkapa Moana region, Caleb brings strong local knowledge, practical capability, and a calm, quietly confident presence to the team.
Behind the scenes, he helps ensure SNM’s gear, vehicles, and operational systems are maintained to a high standard and ready for delivery each day. On tour, guests value his reliable nature, hands-on knowledge, and grounded approach.
His strengths lie in problem solving, operational readiness, and delivering authentic outdoor experiences with professionalism and care.
