SUPKids 5-week weekend programme
We run this programme every second weekend of the school term. It is a two-day overnight commitment, roughly 09:00 Saturday - 15:00 Sunday.
How does the SUPKids programme work?
Parents and/or children signup to our programme by checking our booking calendar availability of dates. The pricing is all inclusive for the full duration that stretches five weekends or 10 days equal to over 80 hours. We supply all the SuP gear, have camping and cooking equipment, food, drinks and photography all for the kids to enjoy. All they need to do is show a willingness to engage with paddle boarding and support from parents to have them attend.
Design and delivery of the SUPKids programme
The SUPKids program is designed to teach kids SUP, water safety & environmental education. We know what it’s like to fall in love with being in the ocean. And we know that, with a passion for SUP comes a responsibility to take care of our environment. Our vision is to create experiences for our SUPKids that will enhance their appreciation, respect & understanding for sustainable living.
Our program is run in an inclusive, non-competitive environment with a real focus on building self-esteem. We use games, drills & SUP activities to ensure that our SUPKids walk away with vital water safety skills that will stay with them for life. We’ve taken environmental education out of the classroom, to the great outdoors, where we think it belongs.
How SUPKids works
Our SUPKids Schools teach our programs in the ocean, on lakes, in rivers and in safe waterways in all sorts of awesome locations. The program has been developed for youth aged 5-19.
We offer more then just SUP lessons, SUPKids combines SUP with environmental education & water safety. We want to connect kids with nature & empower them to take care of our planet.
And beyond SuP...
Just because the 'official' SUPKids lessons stop at five, doesn't mean the learning, mastery and discoveries stop too. Social Nature Movement always take participants as far as they can go, not as far as we think they should go. So, if they have a passion project, an environmental inkling or simply love it so much, SNM are the ones to help that insatiable mind!
We believe that when kids fall in love with an outdoor sport, they fall in love with the outdoors. And kids who love their planet become ambassadors for taking care of it.

How to become an ambassador for the planet
We’ve created a comprehensive, educational program. Most schools we speak to say they’ve wanted to do something like this for ages, but haven’t had the time or resources to make it happen. We’ve done all the hard work so you don’t have to.
A movement connecting kids to nature and empowering them to take care of our planet. Collectively we’re making an impact camp; creating a growing tribe of ambassadors for the planet.
We offer more than just SUP lessons. SUPKids combines SUP with environmental education camp; water safety. Teaching kids more than just how to paddle.
SUPKids provides showcases what it means to use business as a force for good. Studies show that consumers are making purchase decisions that sway towards businesses who are committed to a triple bottom line (taking care of people, profit; planet).
As part of the SUPKids team, you’ll benefit from wider exposure; brand awareness across all media. We work in conjunction with Starboard’s marketing team. We support all our SUPKids Schools in their own marketing pursuits; helping leverage storytelling opportunities.
We have opportunities to deliver social good projects locally through our inKIND programs, as well as having an impact in our global inKIND programs in collaboration with our partners Starboard; SeaTrees. Yes, we can help!
We select the best staff for the job based on their skills, knolwedge and experiences. They will be an SNM staff member or we will bring in support from equally competent contractors. Sometimes we also bring in (semi)celebrity guests!
